We checked out the venue, the sites, walked the Village, purcahsed some goodies, Blake tested the water out and checked in his bike. All is done. Now to start the race. But wait, this heat, this elevation- I swear it is like Mother Nature knows exactly when these races take place to add to the challenge that is already at stake! Cheers to all the racers and to the family that have traveled to come to this isolated spot to cheer on their favorite Ironman! Let’s go!
