This race we have heard of the struggles, the level of hardship one endures. Blake is here, he chose this race, he has prepped and he is ready!

No one could drive to this location, other than volunteers! We had to park at an old tech building and catch the shuttle that would take us to where we all needed to be! Another bright and early morning and off to the Reservoir we went. The sun slowly came out heating up the enviorment to a blistering low 90’s. Everyone was staggered into any area providing at least a tid bit of shade to hide from that dense sun!

Blake set his own personal PR! Even with a blister on the arch of his foot, that was the size of 3 quarters! Let’s just say he will never run without socks again!
